Spectacular Sunny Isles penthouse with Odabashian custom rugs.

Miami is called the Magic City for a reason. It is a place where many enjoy 300 days of sunshine, palm trees and beaches. Recently, Odabashian delivered three spectacular custom-made rugs for a newly renovated penthouse in one of the most exclusive buildings in the beautiful town of Sunny Isles, the Turnberry Ocean Colony.

Interior architecture and design was led by Miami-based architect Christian Magaldi who also designed the round area rug in the game room.  The round rug design was inspired by and is a tribute to Otl Aicher, one of the most prominent graphic designers of the last century. The designs for the Living and dining rooms were developed by Odabashian.The impeccable selection of furniture by brands such as Poltrona Frau add to the unique and powerful combination of elements of color and textures to this space

The rugs are 100% hand made in New Zealand wool and with hand-carved silk details.
